Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before selling your test strips and supplies. By shipping your supplies to us, you signify your agreement with these terms and conditions.

1. I understand I can only sell supplies that are authentic, factory sealed, undamaged, unexpired (a full 30 days before expiration date) and have been properly stored per manufacturer specifications.

2. I am the rightful owner or have been given permission by the rightful owner to sell these supplies. Furthermore, I signify that I did not, am not and will not violate any applicable law or regulation in obtaining these supplies, nor in selling them to TestStripsCashPaid.com. I represent and warrant that my sale and transfer of these supplies to TestStripsCashPaid.com will not cause TestStripsCashPaid.com to, or result in, TestStripsCashPaid.com violating any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, healthcare, or any other applicable law.

3. I understand I cannot sell supplies that are prohibited for sale/distribution in the U.S., have undergone liquid damage, have been tampered with, have been improperly stored per manufacturer specifications or have been otherwise altered.

4. If supplies do not meet all the aforementioned terms, and/or are ones that TestStripsCashPaid.com does not accept, I understand that I will be forfeiting my supplies and may not receive payment.

5. If supplies meet all of the aforementioned terms and conditions, I understand that my payment will be dispersed within 2 business days of receiving my package and if USPS money order is selected as my payment method it will typically arrive 2-5 business days thereafter, but may take longer depending on mail speed.

6. I am responsible for my package during shipping and TestStripsCashPaid.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the U.S. Postal Service.

7. I understand that shipping times vary and while most packages are delivered within a week, some packages may take up to 14 days.

8. TestStripsCashPaid.com will destroy all prescription labels before redistributing my supplies.

9. I understand that I cannot intentionally acquire supplies through my insurance for the purpose of selling them to TestStripsCashPaid.com, nor sell products that were paid for by a government sponsored plan such as Medicare/Medicaid.

10. I agree to transfer all right, title and interest in the supplies to TestStripsCashPaid.com upon the receipt of the supplies by TestStripsCashPaid.com, and I warrant that I have the legal right to do so.

11. I understand that TestStripsCashPaid.com has not made any representation that the value assigned to the item is equivalent to fair market value.

12. I understand that the terms and conditions may change at any time and I will not be notified of these changes. I understand it is my responsibility to read through the terms and conditions which can be found on www.teststripscashpaid.com/termsandconditions every time I sell my diabetic supplies to TestStripsCashPaid.com.

13. I understand the prices quoted to me by TestStripsCashPaid.com and all of the applicable policies stated herein. It is incumbent on me to familiarize myself with the TestStripsCashPaid.com’s pricing structure and policies before sending in my strips, and I understand that by sending products to TestStripsCashPaid.com I forfeit my rights to said products.

14. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.  By sending in my diabetic supplies I am acknowledging and consenting to this policy and agree that I am not guaranteed any specific pricing until my supplies are received.  

15. ​Payments made through PayPal may be subject to fees from PayPal.  TestStripsCashPaid.com is not responsible for the fees and I understand that by selecting PayPal as my payment method these fees may be deducted from my total payout.

16. I am at least 18 years old.
